Write to a person

There is no contact form here on purpose — a form would only send us an email with less in it. Four routes below, each with what to include so the first reply is useful rather than a questionnaire.

A hosted tenant

Tenants are provisioned by us rather than by a signup form. Tell us what you are building and roughly how much you expect to store, and we will come back with a tenant, an API key and the plan that fits.

Worth including

  • Roughly how many memories you expect to store
  • Whether you will bring your own provider keys
  • Which agent clients you want to connect over MCP
  • Whether you need more than one tenant

Source access for self-hosting

Memory OS is MIT licensed, but the repository is not on a public host yet. Ask and we will arrange access. There is nothing to negotiate — the licence is already permissive.

Worth including

  • Where you intend to run it
  • A GitHub username, if you would like repository access
Email support@pcnaid.com

Security disclosure

Report vulnerabilities directly to the security address. We aim to acknowledge within 72 hours and to fix critical issues within 14 days when the fix is under our control. Please do not run security testing against the hosted service without written permission first.

Worth including

  • What you found and how to reproduce it
  • Any logs or request identifiers
  • Whether you have disclosed it anywhere else
Email security@pcnaid.com

Support for an existing tenant

If you already have a tenant, the fastest route is the support widget inside the dashboard — it captures the page you were on and the request identifier automatically, which usually halves the back-and-forth. Email works too.

Worth including

  • Your tenant identifier
  • The request identifier from the failing call, if you have one
  • What you expected and what happened instead

Response times

These are the documented commitments for the hosted service, and we publish the conservative set rather than the optimistic one.

Service status

The status page is part of the product rather than a hosted vendor. It publishes component health, active and resolved incidents, and a subscribable Atom feed, so you do not have to ask us whether something is down.
